If you are a B2B customer, register and access the special configurator by clicking on 'HOTELS & RESTAURANTS', IMPORTERS & DISTRIBUTORS or 'CORPORATE GIFTS & EVENTS'.
The prices shown on the configurator are all inclusive of VAT; while the prices shown on the B2B configurator are without VAT.

Various fitting techniques are available: (a) LABEL TYPE > You can always choose between 'CHARGE IMAGE': in this case your creativity will be printed as we receive it.'LIMITED SERIES': in this case you choose limited editions that cannot be modified, or 'TEMPLATE': in this case you can modify the preset label texts;b) PRINTING TECHNOLOGY -> standard labels are DIGITALLY PRINTED in rectangular or square formats DIGITALLY.
The files for printing must be realized and sent in the vectorial format (.pdf, .ai); The vectorial file must be set with the CMYK Coated FOGRA39 color profile, with a resolution of 300 dpi and a live page of at least 2 mm; If you do not have a file with the above characteristics, you can contact a T-Up technician. email@example.com
Of course you can decide after finishing the adjustment of the bottle if you want to continue with the payment later. You will find all orders saved in your shopping cart and can continue with the payment by clicking on the green button 'Complete'. If the selected products are not in stock at the time of the actual purchase, the system will inform you and may suggest similar products.
Our offer is always updated according to the actual product availability. For each product there is an availability for deliveries within 24/72 hours and an availability for longer deliveries (5-10-20 working days). The name 3D Secure is used to define the MasterCard Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode fraud protection systems, developed by Visa and MasterCard International Circuits to ensure greater security for online payments. Once you have activated and correctly configured this additional security option on your card provider's website, you will receive an SMS to the cell phone number provided with a one-time security code to continue and confirm your purchase.

We have studied innovative and safe packaging, with the aim of greatly reducing breakage and temperature variations of the wines during transport.
Availability and production times are indicated for each product. In the order summary you always see the estimated delivery time, which is calculated based on production and shipping times.
After the shipment is completed, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking code to check the status on the courier's website.

If the order has not yet been processed, there is no problem. You can contact our customer service by filling in the form on the CONTACT US page and providing us with the correct address; we will then send you an e-mail confirming the change. If you receive a damaged bottle, please contact us by filling out the form on the CONTACTS page. Normally, we require the return of the product. In other cases you must attach the photos to the e-mail. We will send you a voucher for follow-up purchases for the value of the defective product.
In Switzerland, a cancellation right exists only if the seller decides to offer it. If it does, then the online store must explicitly display the relevant conditions.
